About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client relationships and staffing operations in our Bangalore division. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in staffing services, client management, and headcount governance across multiple accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage client expectations, ensure delivery excellence, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring consistent communication and relationship management.

• Understand client business needs, workforce plans, and staffing requirements.

• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive engagement, issue resolution, and quality service delivery.

Staffing Operations & Delivery:

• Coordinate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements.

• Monitor and manage on-roll and deployed headcount across client sites.

• Review and track attrition, onboarding, and workforce productivity metrics.

• Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations.

Business & Account Growth:

• Identify opportunities for account expansion and new service offerings.

• Prepare and present regular account performance reports and business reviews.

• Partner with leadership to define strategies for account profitability and retention.

Team & Process Management:

• Support and guide recruiters or delivery teams aligned to the client account.

• Drive process improvements to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with 6+ years of experience in staffing, workforce management, or client servicing.

• Strong understanding of IT / Non-IT staffing, contract hiring, and headcount management.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to manage large accounts and handle multiple client relationships simultaneously.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track metrics and make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with ATS/CRM tools preferred.
