Consultant System Support Engineer

Additionally, experience with AWS (Lambdas, S3, IAM), CI/CD Pipelines, and Observability Tools such as ELK, Datadog, and NewRelic, as well as IAC, will be beneficial in this role within the Banking Domain. Your responsibilities will include Incident & Problem Management, where you will resolve production issues and conduct root cause analysis. You will also be involved in Enhancements & Automation, implementing bug fixes, developing scripts, and optimizing processes. Monitoring & Security will be key, ensuring system performance, compliance, and reliability, while also engaging in Collaboration & Client Engagement with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
