Staff Technology Solutions Specialist - Marketing Data Enrichment & Strategy Analyst

About You:

You are a data-driven marketing professional who thrives on transforming raw information into growth opportunities. You enjoy working at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Operations, ensuring that account and contact data is accurate, enriched, and actionable. Youre equally comfortable diving into datasets, managing vendor relationships, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Above all, you believe high-quality data is the backbone of scalable growth in a SaaS enterprise.

Role and Responsibilities:


As a marketing data enrichment and strategy contributor, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing strategic data initiatives across the business. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the roadmap for data enrichment and acquisition initiatives, ensuring ICP and buying committee coverage.
Evaluate, select, and manage third-party data vendors (e.g., ZoomInfo, Smarte, i4Business) to close data gaps and maximize ROI.
Deliver consistent reporting and in-depth analysis on account and contact data quality, health, and coverage.
Partner with Sales Ops, RevOps, and Demand Gen to ensure enriched data supports account scoring, lead routing, and segmentation.
Collaborate with IT and database teams to integrate enrichment tools into CRM and MAP platforms.
Establish and enforce data governance best practices, including documentation, hygiene standards, and training programs.
Create enablement programs so Marketing, SDRs, and Sales teams confidently use enriched data for campaigns and pipeline generation.

Qualification:

6+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or Data Management within SaaS/B2B enterprise software.
Strong knowledge of account and contact enrichment platforms (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, Smarte, i4Business, Demandbase, etc.).
Hands-on expertise with CRM and MAP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua).
Proven experience managing large-scale datasets (200K+ records) with a focus on data hygiene, deduplication, and coverage.
Analytical mindset with the ability to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights.
Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with SQL and BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
Knowledge of ABM frameworks, territory management, and lead scoring models.
Experience with intent data and technographic data providers.
Exposure to modern data pipelines or integrations (e.g., Snowflake)
