Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and innovative Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design and content creation, with expertise in Adobe Suite, Canva, PowerPoint and video creation tools. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop engaging content across various platforms to effectively convey the narrative and value proposition of the Enterprise Data Organization (EDO).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create visually appealing and engaging digital materials, including intranet sites, communications, presentations and newsletters, that effectively convey key messages to the intended audience.
  • Develop compelling video content tailored for various platforms, including intranet sites, internal communications and training modules, emphasizing storytelling techniques to simplify complex topics.
  • Design eye-catching presentations using PowerPoint that effectively convey information and engage audiences.
  • Utilize Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to design high-quality graphics and layouts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and develop creative concepts that align with brand guidelines.
  • Manage and organize a media library containing graphic assets and templates, ensuring easy access for team members and efficient use in future projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design and content creation to continuously improve skills and output.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic or Multimedia Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Creative Content Specialist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, PowerPoint and a video content design tool (Camtasia, Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through visual content.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with internal communications and familiarity with technology field is beneficial.
