Position Description

As a Business StrategyConsultant, youll play a pivotal role in strengthening the strategic enginebehind our Agency and Broker business. You will contribute to revenue growth,operational efficiency, and market expansion by collaborating closely with largebrokers, internal stakeholders, and technology partners. This role blendsstrategic planning, partner management, sales analytics, and tech enablementinto a single impactful position.

Primary Responsibilities

Broker & Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key brokers across India to foster collaboration and long-term engagement.
Revenue Growth & Market Insights: Drive topline growth with a balanced product mix; track competitor pricing and market trends to support business expansion.
Operational Oversight: Manage commission handling, reconciliations, and partner onboarding processes to ensure seamless operations.
Tech Integration (API): Drive API integrations with partner systems, oversee technical workflows, and coordinate resolution of system issues.
Sales Hierarchy Management: Implement and maintain sales hierarchy structures; support performance enablement across agency and broker verticals.
Project Coordination: Lead and support key business projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Tech, and Ops.
Insight Reporting: Generate and present strategic inputs and geo-level insights for senior leadership decision-making.

Required Skills

Experience

: 2-4 years in business development, channel partnerships, or strategicroles in insurance/BFSI

Education

:Graduate; MBA preferred Certifications: POSP knowledge/broker ecosystem familiarity preferred
