Senior Officer, Branch Relationship Manager, Consumer Banking Group

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer to join our team as a Branch Relationship Manager in the Consumer Banking Group. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience.

• Acquire new customers and drive sales of products.
• Manage and deepen relationships with existing customers to increase business.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in banking or finance.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products and services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing and deepening customer relationships.
