Job Summary:

Senior US IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, identify, and engage qualified IT professionals for W2 positions in the US (Java, .NET, Salesforce, AWS, Azure, DevOps, etc.).
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US IT talent using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with clients and internal hiring managers to understand position requirements and provide talent solutions.
• Ensure all candidates meet W2 compliance standards and US labor laws.
• Provide timely updates and reports to management on recruiting metrics, candidate progress, and market trends.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding and retention process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of US IT recruitment experience, focusing on W2 roles.
• Strong knowledge of US IT job market, candidate sourcing, and W2 compliance.
• Experience in sourcing candidates for roles like Software Engineers, Developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and other IT positions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with US IT staffing companies or global recruitment firms.
• Proven track record of closing mid to senior-level IT positions on W2 contracts.
• Strong negotiation and candidate engagement skills.
