Job Summary We are looking for a Senior US IT Recruiter with strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment for U.S. clients. In this role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to negotiation and onboarding while leveraging AI-powered recruiting tools and market insights to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and placement success. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for U.S.-based clients, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Collaborate closely with recruiting leads, account managers, and hiring managers to fulfil client requirements. Utilize AI-enabled sourcing tools, resume parsers, and predictive hiring platforms to identify the right candidates quickly. Develop proactive hiring pipelines and talent pools for upcoming IT requirements. Source candidates from niche IT platforms (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and emerging AI-driven sourcing channels. Conduct technical screenings/interviews, document results, and provide hiring recommendations. Ensure compliance with U.S. hiring practices, and visa regulations. Build strong candidate relationships to improve engagement and reduce dropouts. Stay updated with AI trends in recruitment, U.S. staffing market demands, and evolving tax/visa regulations. Contribute to strategic hiring initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational growth. Requirements Minimum 3 – 6 years of relevant experience in U.S. IT recruitment. Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, employment laws, and staffing models. Experience recruiting U.S. Citizens, Green Card holders, and work visa holders (H1B, E3, TN, etc.). Familiarity with U.S. tax terms (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp) is essential. Proficiency in sourcing IT talent across technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Cybersecurity, etc.). Strong candidate assessment skills with the ability to evaluate both technical and cultural fit. Willingness to learn and stay updated with emerging IT technologies is a must. Excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in English is required. Self-motivated, analytical thinker, and effective team player.
