Sr. Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end operations in our E-Commerce and Digital Marketing business verticals. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in e-commerce platforms, performance marketing, operations management, and team leadership. This role requires a results-driven professional with the ability to scale processes, drive efficiency, and align operations with business growth objectives.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management

• Lead day-to-day operations across e-commerce accounts (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.) and digital marketing campaigns.
• Build, streamline, and monitor operational workflows to ensure timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
• Implement process automation, SOPs, and KPIs to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Creative, Finance, IT) to ensure seamless execution.

E-Commerce Management

• Oversee marketplace operations including product listings, catalog management, inventory, and order fulfillment.
• Monitor PPC, promotions, and branding campaigns to maximize sales and ROI.
• Manage client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and performance delivery.
• Track and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.

Digital Marketing Operations

• Supervise SEO, SEM, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Campaigns, and Influencer Collaborations.
• Ensure campaign goals (lead generation, conversions, traffic growth) are achieved within budget and timelines.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize performance and ROI.
• Monitor analytics dashboards and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Team Leadership & Development

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of e-commerce executives, account managers, and digital marketing specialists.
• Drive performance reviews, training programs, and capability building for the operations team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a point of escalation for clients and stakeholders regarding operations.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring alignment with their expectations.
• Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies, data privacy regulations, and digital marketing standards.
• Proactively identify risks (operational, financial, compliance) and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

• 5–12 years of experience in Operations, with significant exposure to E-Commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience in managing operations for marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, etc.) and digital marketing projects.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, and marketing performance tools.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.
• Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,980.95 per month
