Sr. Operations Manager

Role Overview: As a Senior Manager of Plant Operations at Illusion Dental Laboratory, Laxmi Dental, and Bizdent in Mira Road, Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the end-to-end plant operations to ensure high productivity, cost efficiency, safety, and compliance. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and aligning plant performance with the organization's strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: - Formulate and execute strategic plans to enhance plant efficiency and profitability. - Lead plant modernization and capacity expansion to meet future market demands. - Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality output and timely delivery. - Optimize resource allocation including manpower, materials, and equipment. - Prepare and manage plant budgets, monitor cost performance, and analyze operational and financial data for decision-making. - Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with environmental, regulatory, and legal requirements. - Mentor plant managers and department heads, promote a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and implement upskilling programs for employee development. - Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other quality/process improvement initiatives, and drive innovation and automation for better operational output. Qualification Required: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Experience: Over 20 years in plant operations, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior management role, demonstrating a proven track record in operational leadership and plant efficiency. - Skills: Strong leadership, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills, excellent understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality systems, expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or related methodologies, and financial and analytical acumen.,
