Sr. Operations Manager

The role requires you to oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, productivity, and profitability in line with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing day-to-day operational processes, developing and implementing policies and procedures to enhance productivity and compliance, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement. Furthermore, you will lead, coach, and develop operations staff and cross-functional teams, ensure efficient resource allocation and supply chain coordination, and collaborate with senior management to develop strategic operational plans. Managing budgets, forecasts, and operational costs, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, overseeing vendor management, procurement, and logistics are also key responsibilities of this role. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is considered a plus. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role, with proven expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency. Strong leadership, organizational skills, strategic thinking, and execution are essential for this role. Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, as well as financial acumen and budget management skills are desired competencies for this position.
