Job Responsibilities – Senior Operations (Motor Insurance) Manage end-to-end operations for Motor Insurance, including new business, renewals, and endorsements . Verify proposal forms and supporting documents to ensure data accuracy prior to policy issuance. Coordinate with insurers for quotation generation, policy issuance, corrections, and endorsements. Monitor and follow up on pending policies, renewals, and endorsements to ensure timely closure. Maintain and update MIS reports for all issued, renewed, and cancelled policies. Collaborate with sales and customer service teams for documentation and operational assistance. Train, guide, and support junior team members on operational procedures and system usage.
Support in preparing and issuing new and renewal motor insurance policies. Check and organize customer and vehicle documents before policy issuance. Help customers with queries related to policy, renewal, and claims. Maintain records of policies, claims, and prepare basic MIS reports.
