Experience Required: 2–4 Years in Walmart Seller Account Management

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Walmart Account Manager to take full ownership of our US-based clients’ Walmart Seller Central accounts. The ideal candidate must have a strong grasp of Walmart Marketplace operations, expertise in Walmart Ads (WPA), and a results-driven mindset focused on sales growth and account health. You will be responsible for scaling product visibility, driving traffic through paid and organic strategies, and managing the end-to-end eCommerce lifecycle on Walmart.com.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Management (Walmart Advertising):

· Create, launch, and manage Walmart Sponsored Products (WPA) campaigns.

· Continuously optimize PPC campaigns to improve CTR, reduce ACoS, and increase ROAS.

· Perform keyword research and bid management for campaign efficiency.

· Monitor daily budget utilization and performance fluctuations.

· Prepare weekly/monthly Walmart Ads performance reports.

Product Cataloging & Listing Optimization:

· Create and manage product listings in Walmart Seller Center.

· Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for discoverability.

· Upload and manage high-quality images and videos.

· Handle bulk listing uploads and updates using Excel templates.

· Correct suppressed/inactive listings and resolve attribute-related issues.

SEO (Search Optimization):

· Perform keyword research to identify high-volume, relevant keywords.

· Implement Walmart-specific SEO strategies to boost organic ranking.

· Monitor and enhance organic search performance regularly.

· Analyze competitors’ listings and improve keyword targeting.

Inventory Management:

· Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock or overstock scenarios.

· Coordinate with warehouse or fulfillment teams for timely replenishment.

· Manage Walmart Fulfillment Services (WFS) inventory and shipments.

· Set up and manage low-stock alerts and restocking plans.

Bulk Operations & Templates:

· Perform bulk uploads/edits using Walmart-provided Excel templates.

· Use automation and feed files for large-scale catalog updates.

· Bulk price, inventory, and attribute updates using correct mapping.

· Execute bulk listing error resolution efficiently.

Walmart Shipment Creation & Order Management:

· Create WFS shipments and monitor in-transit and received inventory.

· Track and manage order lifecycle from placement to delivery.

· Coordinate with logistics for smooth delivery and return handling.

· Manage seller-fulfilled shipping labels and timelines.

· Resolve delayed or missing shipment issues with Walmart support.

Profitability & Margin Reporting:

· Calculate and analyze profit margins per SKU after ads, fees, shipping, etc.

· Prepare weekly/monthly profitability reports and share insights with leadership.

· Identify high-performing and low-performing SKUs to adjust strategy.

· Work with finance teams to refine cost structures and pricing strategies.

Performance Monitoring & Analytics:

· Monitor overall account health – ODR, cancellations, on-time delivery, etc.

· Use Walmart Seller Center and third-party tools to track performance KPIs.

· Analyze traffic, conversion, and sales data to identify growth opportunities.

· Flag issues like negative feedback, delayed orders, and poor metrics early.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in managing US-based Walmart Seller Accounts.

· Proven experience in Walmart Ads campaign creation, performance tracking, and optimization.

· Strong understanding of Walmart.com tools such as Seller Center, WFS, and Ad Center.

· Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (Walmart Analytics, Helium 10, DataSpark, etc.).

· Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Demonstrated ability to drive consistent sales growth on eCommerce platforms.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Preferred/Bonus Skills:

· Experience managing accounts on Amazon, eBay, or other US marketplaces.

· Knowledge of content optimization strategies and SEO best practices for eCommerce.

· Familiarity with inventory and listing tools like SellerCloud, ChannelAdvisor, CedCommerce, etc.

· Past experience working with clients or teams based in the US.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
