Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our 360° marketing strategy for FabFunnel. You will be responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, content, performance, product marketing, and partnerships. This role is highly strategic and execution-driven, requiring a deep understanding of SaaS go-to-market, user behavior analytics, funnel optimization, and revenue-driven marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Design and execute a full-funnel marketing strategy across paid, owned, earned, and shared channels. Develop positioning and messaging frameworks that clearly articulate FabFunnel’s value propositions to different segments. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing Own and drive lead generation through performance channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, CPL, and conversion rates. Content & Product Marketing Oversee content strategy including blogs, case studies, landing pages, email campaigns, and product-led growth assets. Collaborate with product and design teams to create impactful GTM campaigns for feature launches and updates. Analytics & Funnel Optimization Analyze funnel metrics (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue) and continuously optimize for growth. Use tools like GA4, Mixpanel, HubSpot, or similar to track KPIs. Brand & Community Building Elevate FabFunnel’s brand positioning through webinars, community initiatives, partnerships, and events. Manage social media presence and ensure consistent voice across all touchpoints. Team Leadership Mentor and manage junior marketers, external agencies, and freelancers. Coordinate with cross-functional teams – Product, Sales, Customer Success – to align on growth goals. Requirements Proven experience in leading 360° marketing efforts for SaaS (especially B2B). Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, lifecycle marketing, email automation, and CRO. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Intercom, etc.). Experience with content strategy and brand storytelling. Solid understanding of growth metrics, attribution modeling, and analytics tools. Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills. Preferred Skills (Bonus) Prior experience in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment. Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) principles. Knowledge of modern marketing stacks and tools (Webflow, Notion, Zapier, Segment, etc.) Understanding of the customer funnel and behavioral analytics.
