Hello Candidates, Greetings from Nexus...!!! We are urgently looking for "Sr. Marketing Manager - FIBC Export" for one of the Packaging Manufacturing Industry. Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh Experience: 8-12 years Key Responsibilities: International Sales & Business Development: Identify, target, and acquire new customers across global markets Manage existing international client relationships to maximize retention and sales volume. Market Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase market share in target export regions. Analyze global market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity. Customer Engagement: Handle inquiries, negotiations, and closure of deals with international buyers. Ensure timely delivery, documentation, and coordination with supply chain/logistics. Team Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth execution of orders. Support leadership with regular reporting on sales targets, pipeline status, and forecasts. Trade Shows & Networking: Represent the company at global trade fairs and exhibitions to generate leads and build brand presence. Key Requirements: Education: Graduate + MBA in Marketing or International Business is an advantage. Experience: Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in international marketing/export sales of FIBC products or related packaging materials. Skills: Excellent knowledge of export procedures and global trade documentation. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple international accounts and geographies. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems.
