Ensure timely and quality hiring by identifying and attracting qualified candidates within the stipulated time frame. Manage candidate resumes effectively and coordinate the distribution of interview call letters to shortlisted candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews for shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience. Drive end-to-end recruitment processes, including final selection, offer rollout, and continuous follow-up until the candidate's successful onboarding.
