About the role:

• Finding and recruiting right candidates using job portals. Assessing candidates for qualification match, cultural fitment. Checking references.
• Social Media Skills for Sourcing.
• Effective Negotiations skills. Follow best recruiting practices.
• Assessing candidates for qualification match, cultural fitment. Reference Check.
• Adhering to Information Security activities for all team members.
• Excellent Communication skills required.

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Ghansoli

Education: Graduate Only (HR Specialisation preferred)
