We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and support end-to-end recruitment activities.

Skills & Competencies
Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Strong communication & interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work with deadlines.Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).Basic knowledge of HR processes and hiring tools.Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Naukri, social media, and internal databases.Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up throughout the selection process.Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.Draft and post job descriptions across platforms.Support campus hiring drives, walk-ins, and recruitment campaigns.Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.Maintain recruitment MIS and weekly hiring reports
