• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes independently for assigned roles across verticals.
• Sourcing, Screening, Assessment coordination, Offer & documentation, Joining follow-ups
• Coordinate interviews, feedback, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures of open positions.
• Ability to manage bulk hiring with quality standards.
• Should be proactive, disciplined, and able to support upcoming branch hiring needs.
• Has experience specifically in academic / education industry hiring (teachers, coordinators, principals and academic staff).
• Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.
• Strong communication skills (English + Local language).
• Ability to handle multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
• Ability to learn and implement sourcing techniques (e.g., job portals, social media, referrals).
• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office).
• Working Days: Monday - Friday (alternate Saturday working)
