Head of Marketing


You Will:

Growth Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Lead the development, execution, and accountability of integrated demand generation, manage campaign calendars, and growth campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Leverage AI tools and insights to optimize audience targeting, content personalization, and campaign performance.
  • Act as a player/coach — leading by example while empowering the team to deliver results.
  • Continuously refine campaigns based on performance, feedback, experimentation, and AI-driven learnings.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Manage, coach, and inspire a growth marketing team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
  • Foster career growth and skill development through mentorship, training, and exposure to emerging tools, including the effective use of AI in marketing workflows.
  • Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

Project Management

  • Own the end-to-end management of complex marketing projects (such as events, ABM, demand and digital campaigns), ensuring they are scoped, prioritized, and executed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain and oversee project trackers (Google Sheets or equivalent tools) to provide visibility, accountability, and clarity across all initiatives.
  • Allocate work across the team, set clear deadlines, and manage progress to ensure commitments are consistently met.
  • Leverage AI to streamline workflows, automate routine tasks, and identify opportunities for greater efficiency in project execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Define and monitor key growth marketing metrics (CPL, MQLs, pipeline velocity, CAC, ROI) while partnering with RevOps to ensure consistent tracking and attribution across the funnel.
  • Leverage AI-driven analytics to surface insights, identify patterns, and strengthen data-driven decision making.
  • Lead post-campaign reviews to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement through experimentation and AI-powered recommendations.

Growth Strategy & Optimization

  • Develop strategies for demand generation, lead nurturing, and customer engagement across multiple channels.
  • Monitor performance of campaigns and programs, delivering insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Balance creative experimentation with disciplined execution to drive measurable business impact.
  • Explore innovative ways to integrate AI into campaign design, content, and channel strategies to accelerate growth.


You Have:

  • Proven track record in growth marketing and demand generation

    within B2B SaaS, with 5+ years of experience and at least 2 years managing people.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills

    , with a passion for coaching, mentorship, and building high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in planning and executing integrated campaigns

    (events, ABM, demand gen, digital) that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Skilled project manager and communicator
