Job Description

Recruitment & Separation

  • Coordinate end to end process of employee on boarding and off boarding and maintain good employee experience and satisfaction.
  • Prepare Job Descriptions for all new positions
  • Sourcing candidates for the vacant position and ensure to fill position within 60 days or according to the requirements of Business Unit Head.
  • Complete candidate professional & local residential reference check.
  • Placing advertisements in the chosen media like online or print media
  • Monitoring the applications mailbox and maintained CV data base
  • Ensure all recruitment requisition form are approved and updated JD from respective line manager.
  • Coordinating recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, performing reference checks, managing correspondence during the recruitment process and all associated tasks and administration
  • Contributing to the development and delivery of a standard corporate induction and on boarding program to all new staff
  • Update Organization chart every two months with vacant positions.
  • Create new employee profile in system and employee personal file.
  • Coordinate employee probation review profile process
  • Prepare Letters like employment offer, position promotion, Increment, Transfer, etc.
  • Coordinate to arrange exit interview with exit interview committee.
  • Follow up with finance dept. to release full & final settlement

Process administration support

  • Administer the coordination, processing and data entry of all paper and electronic HR transactions against quality standards and agreed timeframes
  • Provide promote response to HR policy related queries.
  • Monitor and respond to telephone and HR mailbox queries and provide assistance, guidance and support to both managers and employees across all aspects of the employee life cycle, escalating where appropriate
  • Administer and support the implementation of changes or modifications to HR systems and processes to ensure they are fit for purpose
  • Generate HR reports and metrics used by the business as per request.
  • Coordinate and undertake auditing of employee files for the purpose of accuracy and correctness against standard processes, delegations and business requirements
  • Provide back up support for payroll
  • Manage HR systems and databases for the provision and management of HR transactions ensuring accuracy of records and information
  • Ensure the creation and ongoing management of local working instructions for all internal process and procedures
  • Contribute to the development and review of HR Policies and Procedures
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of HR documentation with appropriate storage

Learning and development

  • Consolidate report of Employee Development plans and skills assessment of all business units through performance and development evaluation program
  • Arrange internal and external trainings as per training plan or business requirements
  • Maintain employee training records.
  • Maintain and update employee personnel records on system with learning and development activities and compliance details
  • Prepare and maintain the annual training plan.

Employee engagement and wellbeing

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedure and contribute to the development of health and wellbeing initiatives in workplace
  • Co-ordinate administration processes for performance development reviews, employment legislation.
  • Coordinate to arrange employee accommodation for new joiners who are entitled as per employment offer.
  • Monitor compliance around professional registrations
  • Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and technical skills by keeping up to date with new developments and relevant trends
  • Undertake and perform additional tasks as assigned by line manager.
  • Coordinate and arrange Employee Engagement activities or CSR activities in all organization verticals.
  • Learn how to do in house ESI & EPFO registration and procedures.
  • Must up to date with Labor Laws and statuary chances.

1. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Post-Graduation in MBA-HR
  • Minimum 3-year experience in HR Officer/ HR Administrator role in Retail Industry
  • Excellent computer literacy skills and numeracy skills including Microsoft Suit and numeracy skills.
  • A mature approach, discretion and sound judgment Ability to priorities multiple tasks and complete work accurately and on time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Work experience in Human Resource Management Systems.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
