Area Sales Executive

Job Description

Location: Cochi · Study about Market Trends, collect data on upcoming projects - hospitals, villas, govt. projects, residences, Malls etc. · Periodical market surveys on competitors price, product, brand, design, payment strategy etc. · Ensure company profile (website, printed profile, magazine), brand catalogues (e-catalogue), pricelist etc. are available at the time of appointment. · Ensure customer sees our e-Catalogue & services · Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs · Sell company's products by identifying leads · Help clients to select brand & product finalization according to their needs. · Close sales, ensure & inform the payment terms and conditions, timely collection of trade payment. · Ensure the on time delivery for closed customer. · Provide customers with exceptional services during pre and post-sales support. · Organize and attend company-wide and marketing events. · Support in Display Arrangements with DNE team. · New data collection and follow up after event. · Ensure Service charge collection for Design & Execution team, if required. · Collect plans / designs from clients / dealers (kitchen, bathrooms, interior, claddings etc.), · Provide predesigned templates / plans to clients from Design & Execution team · Finalize products, materials with client and get updated designs from Design & Execution team.
