Job Overview

Kalky Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Human Resource Executive / HR Coordinator to manage HR operations, administrative coordination, home loan documentation with banks, and RERA compliance support. The role is ideal for candidates with prior experience in real estate or construction companies.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource & Admin Operations

  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records
  • Maintain HR MIS, employee files, and administrative documentation
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies, office discipline, and punctuality
  • Coordinate recruitment for office staff and site workforce

Payroll & Statutory Coordination

  • Prepare and verify payroll inputs and coordinate with accountant
  • Support PF, ESIC, and basic labor compliance documentation
  • Track probation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements

Home Loan & Bank Coordination (Real Estate Finance Support)

  • Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies for customer home loans
  • Collect, verify, and organize customer loan documentation
  • Liaise between customers, sales team, accountants, and bank officials
  • Track loan sanction, disbursement, and pending cases
  • Maintain updated records of all loan files and documentation

RERA Documentation & Compliance Support

  • Assist in preparation, updating, and maintenance of RERA documentation
  • Coordinate with legal, technical, and finance teams for compliance inputs
  • Maintain compliance timelines, approvals, and submission records
  • Support management during RERA filings, audits, and renewals

Site & Office Coordination

  • Coordinate between site teams, sales, finance, and head office
  • Maintain manpower and coordination reports
  • Support HR, admin, and compliance needs for new project launches

  • 100% accuracy in attendance, payroll inputs, and employee records
  • Timely recruitment and onboarding
  • Zero delays in salary processing

Home Loan Coordination KPIs

  • Timely submission of complete loan documentation
  • Reduction in loan approval and disbursement delays
  • Proper tracking and reporting of all active loan cases

RERA & Compliance KPIs

  • Zero missed RERA deadlines
  • Audit-ready documentation at all times
