Job Description:

We are hiring an Assistant Installer Carpenter with prior experience in modular kitchen or furniture installation support. The candidate must have hands-on experience assisting in carpentry work, particularly in modular systems.

ଏହି ଚାକିରି ପାଇଁ ଅଭିଯୋଗୀଙ୍କର ୩-୪ ବର୍ଷର କାର୍ପେଣ୍ଟ୍ରି କାମର ଅନୁଭବ ଥିବା ଉଚିତ। ସେମାନେ ମଡ୍ୟୁଲାର କିଚେନ୍ ଓ ଫର୍ନିଚର୍ ସଂସ୍ଥାପନରେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିପାରିବା ଦକ୍ଷତା ରଖିବା ଉଚିତ।

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the on-site installation of modular kitchens and related furniture components.
• Help in carrying, unpacking, and positioning of units as per design drawings.
• Operate tools and equipment under supervision safely and efficiently.
• Follow installation instructions given by the lead carpenter or supervisor.
• Perform basic tasks such as drilling, fitting, screwing, and alignment work.
• Maintain worksite hygiene and safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with the team and report any issues or delays.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–4 years of experience as an Assistant Carpenter (modular or general carpentry).
• Working knowledge of hand and power tools like drills, screwdrivers, saws, etc.
• Ability to read basic measurements and follow site layouts or instructions.
• Physically fit for site work, handling furniture components, and lifting.
• Punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn from senior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in modular kitchen installation.
• Understanding of materials such as plywood, MDF, laminate, and common fittings.
• Familiarity with brands like Blum, Hafele, Ebco, etc.
