1.Payroll & Compliance
Handle end-to-end payroll processing for plant and office employees
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Factory Act, and Labour Laws
Coordinate with external consultants for audits and regulatory filings
Maintain and update employee salary records and statutory registers
2.Recruitment & HR Operations
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning
Conduct interviews, background verification, and onboarding formalities
Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation
3.Attendance & Leave Management
Monitor daily attendance through biometric/manual systems
Manage leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and late/early entries
Prepare monthly attendance and OT reports for payroll processing
4.Administrative Responsibilities
Manage HR records, employee files, and documentation
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures
Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth functioning
Support factory administration and day-to-day HR activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance
Experience with HRMS/payroll software
5.Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience working in a manufacturing/plant environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to handle confidential information
