Sr. HR & Admin Executive

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Factory Act, and Labour Laws. Additionally, you will coordinate with external consultants for audits and regulatory filings. You will also maintain and update employee salary records and statutory registers. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles - Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning - Conduct interviews, background verification, and onboarding formalities - Issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation - Monitor daily attendance through biometric/manual systems - Manage leave records, shift rosters, overtime, and late/early entries - Manage HR records, employee files, and documentation - Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures - Coordinate with internal departments for the smooth functioning - Support factory administration and day-to-day HR activities Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field - Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
