About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Engineer specializing in Applications, Web-UI, and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our dynamic team at Peoplefy. This role is designed for professionals with a strong background in web application frameworks and content management systems, particularly Adobe Experience Manager. As an integral part of our technical team, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining complex web applications and digital content solutions that enhance our clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of front-end technologies, CMS platforms, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment to deliver high-quality results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in web application development and related fields.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing AEM solutions.
  • Strong expertise in front-end technologies including Angular (preferred) or React, HTML5, and CSS.
  • Experience working with web application frameworks such as Angular, React, and related technologies like GraphQL.
  • Solid understanding of content management systems, especially AEM, and related Adobe technologies such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Forms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and digital content solutions using Angular, React, and Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Implement and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional and responsive web interfaces.
  • Integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
  • Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning, requirement gathering, and providing technical guidance to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve project delivery and technical capabilities.
