About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing HR policies, and supporting employee relations initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of employment law, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Prior experience of 2-4 years in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office applications. A good understanding of employment laws and ethical HR practices is also required. Certification in HR (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) will be considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and legal requirements.
• Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist in performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Handle employee relations issues with confidentiality and professionalism.
