Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Associate, Alliances and Partnerships to join our Vadodara, Gujarat office. This in-person role is ideal for a relationship-oriented business professional experienced in building and managing strategic partnerships, alliances, and institutional relationships across EMEAI and APAC.

Rather than focusing solely on direct sales, this role emphasizes the development of trusted relationships with financial institutions, technology partners, and consulting firms to create new business opportunities for Navaera’s SaaS and enterprise technology solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of enterprise sales dynamics, excels at stakeholder management, and can turn partnerships into long-term revenue channels.

Some international travel may be required. Candidates must hold a valid passport (a U.S.A. B-2 visa is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:

Partnership and Alliance Development

  • Identify, engage, and nurture alliances with consulting firms, system integrators, distributors, and technology partners across EMEAI and APAC.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions and enterprise clients to drive collaborative sales opportunities.
  • Support the negotiation and structuring of partnership agreements and go-to-market frameworks that align with Navaera’s business objectives.

Market and Relationship Expansion

  • Represent Navaera at industry events, conferences, and meetings to expand awareness and establish high-value relationships.
  • Leverage existing regional networks to generate partner-led introductions and joint business opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Navaera’s internal teams and partner organizations, ensuring alignment on objectives and mutual success.

Pipeline Influence and Business Enablement

  • Support the development of joint go-to-market plans, marketing initiatives, and co-hosted client engagements with partners.
  • Track and report on the contribution of partnerships to overall pipeline growth, conversion, and relationship expansion.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that partner activities are well-integrated into broader regional strategies.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • 5–10 years of professional experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or technology partnership development, ideally within financial services or compliance technology sectors.
  • Proven success in developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships across multiple countries.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying processes, partner ecosystems, and co-selling models.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex relationships with professionalism and strategic focus.
  • Proficiency with CRM and collaboration tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with financial institutions, fintechs, or global consulting/system integration partners.
  • Familiarity with SaaS and RegTech solution models.
  • Established professional network in EMEAI and/or APAC regions.
  • A valid U.S.A. B-2 visa.
  • MBA is a plus.

Success in This Role Looks Like

Within the First 30 Days

  • Develop a clear understanding of Navaera’s partner ecosystem, product portfolio, and key market priorities.
  • Establish working relationships with internal stakeholders and regional contacts.
  • Begin identifying potential partner targets within key EMEAI and APAC markets.

Within the First 90 Days

  • Formalize outreach and engagement plans with selected partners.
  • Influence early-stage opportunities through partner introductions and collaborative engagements.
  • Deliver reports on initial partnership traction and new pipeline influence.

Within the First 180 Days

  • Establish 3–5 active, value-generating partnerships contributing to Navaera’s business development efforts.
  • Deliver measurable results in terms of partner-generated leads, joint engagements, and pipeline expansion.
  • Be recognized as a trusted relationship builder and strategic contributor within Navaera’s growth organization.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,600,000.00 per year
