Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Accounts Manager to oversee the finance and accounts functions of the company. The ideal candidate will manage accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and analysis while leading the accounts team to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and strategic financial management. Proficiency in Odoo ERP is required to manage accounts and inventory effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and budgets for management review.
• Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and working capital requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other financial obligations.
• Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
• Implement and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure efficient operations and professional development.
• Work closely with other departments to optimize financial performance and support business initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend accounting systems, software, and process improvements.
• Use Odoo ERP effectively for accounting, invoicing, stock management, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) / CMA / MBA in Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in accounts and finance management, preferably in manufacturing, retail, or trading industries.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP accounting and inventory modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
