We are looking for a Purchase Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and inventory support. The ideal candidate should have good negotiation skills, knowledge of purchase processes, and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day purchase requirements of materials, supplies, and services.
Source and evaluate vendors/suppliers based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.
Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Prepare purchase orders (POs) and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for timely delivery.
Track and monitor inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
Maintain purchase records, agreements, and reports in Excel/ERP system.
Resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, and invoices.
Assist in developing and maintaining vendor relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (Commerce/Business/Management preferred).
1–2 years of experience in purchasing/procurement.
Knowledge of MS Excel, Tally/ERP systems.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

Experience in vendor management and inventory control.
Knowledge of supply chain processes.
Familiarity with GST, billing, and basic accounting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
