Sr. Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Accounting Management:

Record and maintain accurate accounting entries for purchases, sales, income, and

expenses, Inter Branch reconciliation, Payroll accounting (Including salary, bonus,

leave encashment, full & final settlement etc.) ensuring compliance with organizational and

statutory policies.

• Banking Operations:

Handle bank payments, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure all transactions are

correctly reflected in the cash and bank ledgers.

• Foreign Exchange Accounting:

Record and adjust foreign exchange gain or loss entries as part of monthly/quarterly book

closing.

• Statutory Compliance and Liabilities:

Accurately account for and reconcile statutory dues, including:

o Income Tax (TDS/TCS)

o Goods and Services Tax (GST)

o Professional Tax (PT)

o Provident Fund (PF)

o Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC)

o Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (MLWF)

o and any other applicable statutory obligations.

Ensure timely filing and payment during period-end closure.

• Ledger Review and Reconciliation:

Perform ledger reconciliation across all major accounts (vendor, customer, and general

ledger).

Knock off open items to maintain clean and accurate ledgers.

• Period-End Adjustments:

Account for prepaid expenses, accruals, provisions, and other adjusting entries during

monthly or quarterly result finalization.

• BOA (Book of Accounts) Closing:

Support the month-end and year-end closing process by ensuring all financial data is

updated, reconciled, and validated.

Prepare schedules and working papers for management review and audit.

• Financial Reporting Support:

Assist in preparing trial balances, MIS reports, and supporting schedules required for

financial statement preparation.

• Audit Coordination:

Provide documentation and support for internal and statutory audits, ensuring BOA

records meet compliance and audit requirements.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
