Job Description

Key Responsibilities ✅ Farm Operations & Material Management Oversee day-to-day activities on the farm and ensure crop schedules are followed. Coordinate procurement and inventory of agri-inputs and packaging materials. Monitor health and output of crops; coordinate with agronomists/laborers as needed. ✅ Regulatory & Compliance Ensure farm operations comply with applicable agricultural, labor, and environmental regulations. Maintain all necessary documentation, certifications (organic, FSSAI, etc.), and local registrations. ✅ Sales, Marketing & Business Development Engage with B2B buyers (exporters, retailers, wholesalers) to explore and close sales opportunities. Create and execute local and digital marketing campaigns for branded produce. Coordinate with logistics providers for the timely, safe, and cost-efficient movement of goods. ✅ Customer Engagement & Relationship Management Act as a single point of contact for current and prospective customers. Handle sampling, quotations, follow-ups, and documentation for bulk and export orders. ✅ Post-Harvest & Packaging Oversight Supervise post-harvest processes including cleaning, sorting, grading, and cold storage. Ensure that produce is packaged attractively, hygienically, and as per buyer requirements. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
