About the Role

Specification Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Engage with architects, structural and MEP consultants to ensure our products are specified into major projects
Conduct product demonstrations and provide on-site technical support across fastening, anchoring, and related technologies
Track specifications via CRM and align with project timelines and technical requirements
Deliver technical seminars and trainings to specifiers and stakeholders
Build long-term relationships with consultants and decision-makers to drive business growth
Stay updated on industry codes and standards to deliver error-free solutions

Desired Profile

B.E./B.Tech in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
4-10 years of experience in technical consulting, specification, or business development
Strong understanding of civil/structural/MEP design concepts
Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
Proven ability in product demonstration, site engagement, and solution selling
