Job Description

Looking to onboard a skilled Sous Chef with 6-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in hotels and restaurants, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Pan Asian cuisine.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes for various events and functions.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food preparation and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen environment.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a reputable establishment.
  • Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine and its nuances.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills are required to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and technology is essential.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations is necessary.
