This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager, based in Thane. The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement process, developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, and negotiating contracts to ensure the best value for the organization. The role includes identifying and assessing sourcing opportunities, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, monitoring supplier performance, and achieving cost savings and quality targets.

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management.
Contract negotiation and vendor management skills.
Strong analytical abilities and expertise in market analysis and cost optimization.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office tools; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification (e.g., CPSM, CIPS) is a plus.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
