Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Manager located in Gurugram. The Sourcing Manager will oversee procurement strategies, identify and negotiate with suppliers, and ensure the timely delivery of products and materials. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, analyzing market trends, monitoring inventory levels, and optimizing costs without compromising quality standards. The Manager will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with company goals.

Required Experience and Skill Set:

• Strong procurement, supplier management, and negotiation skills
• 2 - 3 years of experience in the role as a sourcing manager
• Experience with inventory management, cost optimisation, and budget control
• Analytical skills to monitor market trends and assess supplier performance
• Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain software
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Problem-solving skills and aptitude for decision-making under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in sourcing or supply chain roles is preferred
• Experience in Fragrance or skincare industry is a must
