Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sourcing Manager position located in Market. The Sourcing Manager will handle sourcing strategies, identifying and negotiating with vendors, ensuring quality supply chain management, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role will also involve evaluating costs to optimize procurement processes and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Procurement, Vendor Management, and Supplier Negotiation
• Strong skills in Strategic Sourcing, Cost Analysis, and Budget Management
• Knowledge in Market Research and Data Analysis for identifying sourcing opportunities
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration, and Relationship-Building Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the real estate or related industry is an advantage
