Sourcing Executives

Key Responsibilities

Generate prospects through calling, walk-ins, referrals, channel partners, and on-ground activities.
Understand customer requirements and pitch suitable residential projects.
Coordinate with the closing team for site visit planning and execution.
Maintain and update lead data, follow-ups, and client interactions in CRM.
Achieve daily sourcing, calling, and site visit targets.
Participate in site activations, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-5 years of experience in real estate sourcing / pre-sales / sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with high energy and ownership mindset.
Willingness to work in assigned market locations.
