- Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners and IPCs (International Property Consultants).

• Conduct market research, financial feasibility studies, and due diligence for prospective deals.

• Manage end-to-end sourcing lifecycle including initial approach, negotiation, documentation, and closure.

• Stay updated with zoning laws, government regulations, RERA compliance, and market trends.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for management review and decision-making.

• Develop strategic partnerships to create a continuous pipeline of opportunities.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate sourcing, business development, or land acquisition.

• Experience working with developers, mandate firms, or IPCs preferred.

• Established broker and landowner network in target markets (Mumbai/Thane/Maharashtra or relevant location).

Preffered . Immediate joining

Salary range - 25,000 to 50,000 .
