Known for delivering quality residential and commercial projects, the company has built a strong presence in the Navi Mumbai real estate market and is expanding its sales outreach through effective channel partner networks and direct client engagement.

 We’re Hiring –Sales & Sourcing Executive 

 Location: Navi Mumbai - Vashi

 Industry: Real Estate

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Sales & Sourcing Executive to drive business growth by working closely with channel partners, generating qualified leads, arranging site visits, and converting prospects into successful sales.

Key Requirements:

 Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)

 Identify and build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents

 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in real estate sales and sourcing

 Strong local network of channel partners and brokers in Navi Mumbai

 Good command of Marathi, Hindi, and English.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

 Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented

Role Responsibilities:

 Identify and build relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate agents

 Generate qualified leads through field sourcing, broker networks, and digital platforms

Organize and coordinate site visits for potential clients

Follow up with leads and ensure conversion of prospects into bookings

Maintain regular contact with channel partners for continuous lead flow

Prepare and present project details, pricing, and commercial terms to clients

Keep track of daily activities and share timely updates with the reporting manager

 Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

 Maintain customer and partner data in the CRM system
