Real Estate Team Lead

You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities at the project site, converting cold calls & inquiries into sales, arranging & conducting site visits for potential buyers, executing marketing activities to promote the project, and building & maintaining strong broker & partner networks to meet monthly & quarterly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have 4-6 years of experience in real estate sales & site management, possess strong leadership & team handling skills, demonstrate excellent communication & negotiation abilities, showcase a proven track record of achieving targets, and have a network of channel partners as an added advantage.
