Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead, located in Gurugram. The Real Estate Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of real estate agents, guide strategic decisions, and ensure achievement of sales targets. Responsibilities include assisting in brokerage transactions, fostering strong team management and leadership, and building relationships in the commercial real estate sector. Additionally, the Team Lead will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and transparent client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proven experience in Brokerage and Commercial Real Estate, with a solid understanding of market trends and practices
• Leadership skills in Team Management and Team Leadership, including the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve goals
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
