Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Team Lead located in Gurugram. As a Real Estate Team Lead, you will oversee a team of real estate professionals, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include leading the team, providing guidance and mentorship, coordinating brokerage activities, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will also play a vital role in spearheading commercial real estate initiatives and maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Qualifications

• Exceptional Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in Brokerage activities and a strong understanding of the real estate market.
• Proven ability in Team Management and Team Leadership to motivate and guide team members toward achieving goals.
• Knowledge and expertise in Commercial Real Estate transactions and trends.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Ability to thrive in an on-site work environment and a collaborative approach to achieve business growth.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in real estate or management.
• Prior experience in real estate leadership or team management is a significant advantage.
