Job Summary:

Team Leader – Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed company targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and referrals.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular training and feedback.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support lead generation and deal closures.
• Handle high-value clients, negotiate deals, and ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the local real estate market, competitors, and industry trends.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance analyses for management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years

  of experience in

  real estate sales

  (residential/commercial).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
