Job Description

The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading and supporting a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets, grow market share, and maintain high standards of client service. This role focuses on sales strategy, agent performance management, coaching, and business development to drive profitability and team success.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and support daily sales activities of real estate agents.

2. Support agents with prospecting, lead generation, and deal closing.

3. Collaborate on marketing strategies and client acquisition campaigns.

4. 3-8 years of experience in Residential and Commercial Real Estate or related field (Property Sales, Property).

5. Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.

6.Strong knowledge of local markets, including current trends and regulations.

7. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
