• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets

• Handle client inquiries, site visits, and deal closures

• Manage resale and under-construction property transactions

• Track team performance and maintain sales reports

• Train and support team members in sales activities

• Coordinate with management and marketing teams
