KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.

Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.

Delegating tasks to team members.

Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills.

Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews.

Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.

Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.

Evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically.

To keep up with the market updates and insights.

Day planning for each individual.

Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual.

Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.

To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted.

To develop business development

PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:

5years+ of real estate sales experience

One should own vehicle.

Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred

Passionate about sales

Good communication skills & Client handling skills

Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients

Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours

Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed

Confidence and skillful negotiating skills

Strong organizational skills to give the team direction
