Real Estate Team Lead

As a Sales Team Leader in the real estate industry, your role will involve motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. You will be responsible for developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets, delegating tasks to team members, and empowering them with skills to improve their confidence and communication skills. Conducting monthly/quarterly performance reviews and contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team are key aspects of your job. You will also be creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team, sourcing team members (FOS), and evaluating the knowledge of team members periodically. Your responsibilities will include keeping up with market updates and insights, day planning for each individual, mapping KPI/KRA for every individual, closing sales for team members, and developing positive relationships with clients. Additionally, you will be involved in business development activities. Personal competencies required for this role include having 5+ years of real estate sales experience, owning a vehicle, and having prior experience in sales, business development, or voice process. You should be passionate about sales, possess good communication and client handling skills, and be able to handle stress and rejection when soliciting clients. Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours, being properly groomed and formally dressed, confident with skillful negotiating skills, and having strong organizational skills to give the team direction are essential. Your experience level should be between 5-8 years.,
