Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager at Realty Assistant located in Noida, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Manager will ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Experience in Sales Management, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets Strong skills in Client Relationship Building, Customer Service, and Market Research Excellent Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills Ability to work in a hybrid role and adapt to changing environments Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Show more Show less
